Cool Magic
is a full-scale cooling system
We often hear that you cannot cool effectively with a ventilation unit because such cooling is not powerful enough.
Or that there must be condensation in the ductwork.
With us, neither is true, and we will explain why:
1. Cool Magic cools the extract air from the house before it enters the ventilation heat exchanger. This means that we cool air which has temperature of e.g. 24 °C.
2. When entering the Cool Magic cooler, this extract air is cooled to approximately 2 °C.
3. This cooled extract air then encounters in the heat exchanger fresh air coming from the outside which has a temperature of e.g. 32 °C. In addition to cooling, the fresh air is subject to condensation and significant dehumidification.
4. After switching the flow in the individual layers of the heat exchanger, the condensed humidity evaporates into the dry exhaust air. Engaging the adiabatic cooling effect multiplies the efficiency.
The result is a supply air temperature of around 15 °C at a relative humidity of 50% = a perfectly healthy climate.
A robust cooling and heating source
Like an air conditioner, the Cool Magic heat pump consists of two parts:
a heat exchanger, which is integrated directly into the body of the Big Magic unit, and
an outdoor heat pump unit.
You do not have to worry about the size of the outdoor unit or its noise level. It is a standard product of the established brand Fujistu.
The indoor heat exchanger is custom made. Due to its size and dense fins, we are able to transfer up to 4 kW of power.
Comfortable climate in the entire house
Cool Magic can adjust the amount of supply air according to your current needs while maintaining stable temperature. In practice, this means that when the desired indoor temperature is reached, we can supply 15 °C air into the house at a flow rate of just 120 m3/h. Complete elimination of noise and first-class comfort.
Cooling or heating with air requires an adequate number of supply and exhaust ducts. Power and its transfer are like communicating vessels: the power must first be generated and then transported to the house. We will consult with you or right away prepare for you a functional HVAC ductwork design.
